SeaChange requires a Sales Specialist to sell our wide range of Safety Culture Solutions (Consultancy Services, Partnerships and Digital Systems) to our target sectors, including SMEs, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail & Hospitality Multiples, Warehousing & Distribution, etc., both nationwide and possibly abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our current client base and representing the SeaChange brand in a sales and business development capacity. A comprehensive training programme will be provided to the successful candidate in preparation for delivery of the role, but previous experience and natural talent will be required to thrive in the role and succeed in significantly expanding our portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a close team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, and to develop within this important sales specialist role.

To succeed in the role, the Sales Specialist will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with good organisational and time management skills. The Specialist will be a genuine ‘people’ person who is ambitious and target-driven, energetic, confident, resilient, and capable of meeting challenges. The Sales Specialist will be highly self-motivated with a competitive edge, will be credible, professional and influential in any sales context, and will demonstrate great initiative and the ability to work autonomously.

Competence in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics) and detail-oriented tasks (sales reports, plans, target overviews, etc.) is essential.

Ideally, the candidate will have 2+ years of Sales experience and can work independently to grow revenue.

Candidates must have a full & valid Irish driving licence and independent means of travel.
